Support Staff Application Requirements

School District No. 20 is in need of qualified staff that supports the operations of the schools and district (Education Assistants, Clerical, Bus Drivers, Payroll, Trades, Custodians, Information Technology, etc.). Check out our Support Staff Job Descriptions page for all of the various support staff positions within our district.

 

Positions are generally posted for internal candidates and should the position not be filled by a qualified, existing staff member then we accept external qualified applications.

 

Internal staff applying for positions within their current category can complete and email or fax in the Support Staff Request to Bump form. Applicants from other job classifications are required to include and submit documents in support of the application (e.g. certificates, descriptions of past experience, letter stating how they meet the qualifications of this position).

 

External applicants interested in applying for positions with our district must submit the following. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

  • complete resume and cover letter
  • copy of any relevant certificates (First Aid, Trades, etc.)
  • transcripts from all relevant post secondary education
  • minimum of 3 references with both work and home contact information (email and phone numbers)
